So I don’t know how many of you follow Amalah, but if you don’t, you should. She is a local mommy blogger for whom I have done photography off and on for about 4 years. She’s hysterical. But you can go see that for yourself. In any case, she is expecting baby boy #3 in a few weeks and we decided to do a maternity session for her, but something a little different. There is so much love between her and her boys, I thought it would be fun to do something a little more…lifestyley, if that’s a word. I went to her home and we did some of just her and the belly, but really wanted to include the boys, too. Whew! What a whirlwind! The excitement of a guest got the boys all amped up, and in some of the images we did on her bed, you can’t even tell she is pregnant, what with the boys jumping and landing on her 35+ weeks pregnant belly! However, we agreed that even if you don’t see them and think “maternity”, you will see them and think “love”, and that’s okay, too.
